- KKKileyJul 30, 20262.0The front desk person was rude towards me in particular. I had called prior to renting the vehicle to make sure that the law enforcement discount still was given and I was told yes it was. When we got there you would have thought the desk person, Nathan was being timed. I asked him a couple of times as we were going through the process and it was like he was just ignoring that. Then we got to the end where I had to confirm the price and I asked if that was with my discount and it was not. He was irritated that he had to do it over. He was irritated because I didn’t answer the phone when he called but I was at work and he left a message saying for me to bring my insurance cards and ID so I didn’t think a callback was needed. My insurance cards are digital and on my phone. When I got there he said he needed my deductible. I called my insurance company and got it for him and called back with it when i received a flag from my credit card company of a large purchase. It was the car rental which was $300.00 more. So when I called him about that and to give him my deductible he said it was the deposit and it would fall off as it is pending. That would have been nice to know. Then the car was very uncomfortable! I compared it to sitting on concrete blocks. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Enterprise! Very disappointed! Hopefully they get better help
