Great dealership. Friendly staff. We stopped to log miles for the Let’s Ride Challenge and there was food and drinks, a concert, and lots of vendors in the parking lot. The dealership is immense and impressive. Super easy to get to right off the interstate.

We had the best visit today! Sue is the BEST! She was very helpful with a great personality! Also informed us it was Shark week & that there were games...which we had fun finding the sharks & absolutely loved the tshirt! Overall, the store was clean, organized to perfection, we were approached for help several times in different areas in store(but not overly...which I like), we were greeted as we walked in & as we left. We will definitely be back!

I brought my motorcycle to Chi Town Harley-Davidson for a 5,000-mile service and ended up having a very disappointing experience. During the inspection, I was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed and my rear brake pads needed to be replaced. I agreed to both, bringing my total bill to nearly $800.
Since replacing rear brake pads requires removing the saddlebags, I expected everything to be properly reassembled before my bike was returned. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When I picked up my motorcycle, I immediately noticed that the handle/latch on one of my saddlebags was missing, and the bag was locked, making it impossible to access. I brought this to the attention of the service counter, and they spoke with the technician.
The explanation I received was unacceptable. The technician claimed he “forgot to mention” there was an issue with the rear of my motorcycle, so he removed the saddlebag, fixed something, and reinstalled it. When I asked about the missing handle, I was told there had never been one on the bag and that he used a handle from another motorcycle to open it.
That explanation simply doesn’t add up.
These are brand-new saddlebags that I recently installed. The handle had to be there—I rode the motorcycle to the dealership with the bag securely closed. There’s no way I could have safely ridden it there without it. The only logical conclusion is that the handle was damaged or lost while my motorcycle was in their care.
Instead of taking responsibility, I was handed a piece of speaker wire to tie the saddlebag shut for the ride home and told to go buy a replacement handle myself because they didn’t have one in stock.
When I questioned why I should have to pay for a part that was clearly damaged during service, I didn’t get a solution—just more questions about why I planned to swap the bags out. The answer is simple: I have a long trip coming up and need reliable, secure storage. I can’t trust a saddlebag that can’t be properly opened or secured.
After spending nearly $800, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I left with damaged equipment, no real resolution, and the added hassle of fixing the issue myself before my trip.
I’ve been a customer of Chi Town Harley-Davidson for a while, but the level of service has clearly declined. This experience was extremely disappointing, and unless it’s made right, I won’t be returning. I’ll be taking my business to a dealership that stands behind its work and treats customers with respect.
Chi Town Harley-Davidson should take responsibility for the missing or damaged saddlebag handle and provide a proper resolution instead of expecting customers to pay for mistakes made during service.

This was my fifth new motorcycle purchase from a Harley-Davidson dealership, and without question, it was the best buying experience I've had.
From start to finish, everyone at Chi-Town Harley-Davidson made the entire process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. A special thank you to Ryan, my salesman, who was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Larry, the sales manager, did an outstanding job making sure everything came together and that I was completely satisfied.
I'd also like to thank George, the owner, who took the time to get involved and helped tie everything together. That personal attention meant a lot and showed how much he cares about his customers.
A big thank you as well to George and Chris in the Parts Department for their expertise and help in getting my new bike set up exactly the way I wanted it. And thanks to Nick in Service for getting my trade-in ready, making that part of the process quick, easy, and hassle-free.
This was, by far, the best motorcycle buying experience I've had, and it's easy to see why Chi-Town Harley-Davidson has earned such a great reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Harley-Davidson, and I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next bike.
