This was my fifth new motorcycle purchase from a Harley-Davidson dealership, and without question, it was the best buying experience I've had.
From start to finish, everyone at Chi-Town Harley-Davidson made the entire process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. A special thank you to Ryan, my salesman, who was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Larry, the sales manager, did an outstanding job making sure everything came together and that I was completely satisfied.
I'd also like to thank George, the owner, who took the time to get involved and helped tie everything together. That personal attention meant a lot and showed how much he cares about his customers.
A big thank you as well to George and Chris in the Parts Department for their expertise and help in getting my new bike set up exactly the way I wanted it. And thanks to Nick in Service for getting my trade-in ready, making that part of the process quick, easy, and hassle-free.
This was, by far, the best motorcycle buying experience I've had, and it's easy to see why Chi-Town Harley-Davidson has earned such a great reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Harley-Davidson, and I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next bike.

Recently had a traffic crash damage estimate done by the service manager Nick. He was extremely professional, friendly, considerate and courteous. He thoroughly explained the parts needed and cost for the repairs. After settling with insurance, I definitely plan on having my repairs done there. Thanks Nick!!

Very disappointed with the service and communication. I brought my motorcycle in on May 19 for a starter issue after being told to bring it in on May 26. On May 28, I was told the warranty was approved, the part was ordered, and it would take about three days.
After that, I received no updates. When I called on June 6, I was told the bike still wasn’t repaired and the technician wouldn’t even start working on it until June 9. The employee I spoke with seemed unconcerned and gave a different story than what I had been told before.
Delays happen, but poor communication and lack of customer service are unacceptable.
