  These guys had me wait and waste a whole day waiting for a bike pick up from home I mean they customer service really sucks unless you are handing over your CC.same problem I had last year they didn’t put my bike on a tender or wash it for pick up then I was talked to any kind of way called names and all I think it’s time to reach a little higher with complaints and let club members and the M.C world know how these guys really feel. #1

  My husband and I walked into the dealership and we were not greeted, nor were we asked if we needed help. We were in there for 15 minutes and decided to just purchase online. There were about 7 workers in there and no other customers.
