  Sales rep Ezra was Awesome. He was incredibly patient and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. I really appreciated that he gave me the space I needed while still keeping me informed on what’s on the market. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated without being pushy. The process has been comfortable and stress-free. I am definitely recommending Ezra to anyone looking for a salesperson who genuinely respects their customers and provides excellent service!

  We just bought a truck and the sales associate Matt Olsen was very helpful. Matt really went to bat for us and fought hard to get us the best price and we very pleased with the way everything went. Kelley in the finance office did a great job as well, finding us the best interest rate, going over each document with us, answering all of our questions. Everyone was very professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for the purchase of a vehicle.

  The people working here have integrity and are honest as they come. Read below: I traded my car into the dealership. The staff was cleaning the car looking for any items left behind. They found an ICCU envelope with money in it. They immediately called me. As it turns out I had lost $500 a few months prior. I thought someone had stole it out of my car. In summary, only a reputable dealership would have done this for me.

  ​"I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. They don't care about what you need—only their bottom line. ​It started when they contacted me on Facebook Marketplace where I had my wife's Buick Enclave listed. They offered to buy it if I brought it in. I told them I was working late and couldn't make it during their normal operating hours, but they insisted I come up after hours anyway. ​Before heading over, I looked at their online inventory and found a Toyota RAV4 for $13,000—a vehicle I had researched and knew would be reliable long-term. But when we arrived, they told us they didn't even have the RAV4 on the lot. They had us come up after hours under false pretenses for a car that wasn't there. ​I tried to leave, but they pressured us into staying for two hours just to push us toward a $27,000 VW Tiguan—more than double our budget for a vehicle I've researched and know has a reputation for high maintenance costs. To top it off, they actually got mad at us for not buying a car we never asked for and didn't want.

  My son just bought his second car from Brian Erke here. We went back because he was so great the first time. He did not let us down this time. In fact he went well above and beyond what I would expect. He listened to what we needed, found cars that were safe and a young college student would want to drive. Helped us figure out financing when the insurance was dragging their feet paying off the first car. He didn’t just sell us a car and disappear either. He made sure everything was fixed and running well. He helped us figure out simple logistics of getting the car when my son had to return his rental car. He never complained about us asking questions and always was ready to help. We will continue to do business with Brian and Twin Falls Volkswagen.
