- GWGary WelchJul 14, 20261.0Recently paid for a mid-tier wash, and when we got finished immediately noticed that the front of our truck was still covered in bugs/dirt. Upon looking a bit closer - also noticed that there were deep scratches down the side of the vehicle as well. Called Tommy’s, spoke with a manager who had us come back in so they could take a look. They took some photos & then reached out a few days later via email saying they had footage showing that our car was damaged going in. They sent photos of unrelated scratches, and a few photos where there was no damage present (but they circled the area claiming there was?), and a few of the scratches were completely ignored. We’ve opened a claim with our insurance to get it fixed. Disappointed in Tommy’s response. We paid $16, didn’t get our truck fully cleaned, got damaged - and they didn’t accept any responsibility (not even a refund for the wash, or a coupon for next time!). Won’t be going back & strongly suggest anyone who does use them to keep a close eye on your paint job!
