  I brought my Tesla vehicle here for a windshield replacement, and the service was deeply disappointing. During the preparation process, their technician pulled wires loose from the rearview mirror cover and was unable to rehouse them. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake, they refused to proceed with the windshield replacement, claiming the wiring issue had to be fixed first. I checked with Tesla and confirmed those specific wires were not critical to the vehicle's operation and would not have prevented a successful windshield replacement. I informed them of this in hopes that they would continue with the replacement and allow me to fix the wiring later, but they declined. Furthermore, the technician claimed they couldn’t use the Tesla troubleshooting portal to see how to rehouse the wires, because it was 'offline,' but I verified later that the system was running perfectly fine that entire day. I eventually took my car to Nu-Vu Autoglass and was able to replace the windshield without any issue, proving the repair was entirely possible. Because of Safelite’s error and refusal to complete the job, I was left to pay $180 out of pocket at the Tesla dealership just to fix the damage their technician caused. I strongly advise against using this shop for any vehicle with advanced sensor suites.

  Great job as always ! Lady at the Twin Falls store did an excellent job took care of all my needs. The young man that showed up at my home to replace the auto glass in both of my vehicles was very professional did a great job !

  Within 30 days I have had this company beat EVERYONES prices with one installation being a 40 mile round trip job. For both windshields on both cars keep in mind both where also mobile jobs one at my home one at my job site. These guys mean BUSINESS, they take care of you DONT BUG YOU & get the work done asap. 100/10 recommend I really try to keep local but both these jobs costed us under 600$ for both cars one being out in hazelton Idaho.
