  We had a great experience when our daughter purchased her first car with Bandana. We showed up only about 45 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and my daughter was very nervous about making such a huge decision, so I’m sure we weren’t the easiest customers to deal with! But everything ended up going off without a hitch. Everyone stayed late to make sure we were taken care of, and the manager even went out and washed the car himself before we left. We really appreciated everyone’s patience and kindness throughout the whole process. Thank you all so much for making her first car-buying experience such a positive one!

  I had a great experience at this dealership! Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and helped me find a vehicle that was a great fit for me. I really appreciated how welcoming and respectful the staff were. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car! Bandana Rai helped me buy my brand new Hyundai.   My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours to view a specific new Palisade listed for sale. From first contact by phone and in person this dealership did not disappoint. BANDANA was our sales specialist and we came away so happy with our purchase. She was responsive by phone, text and in person. She took so much time with us to share the features of this vehicle and to answer all our questions. We feel we got a good deal on the purchase and trade-in value. It was well worth the trip, good honest people here!

  My husband and I just purchased a new vehicle (26 Santa Fe) after a pretty rough car accident, and the entire team made the process so much easier for us. Even though the dealership was a few hours away, we felt confident that we were making the right choice. Marcos was great to work with, very personable, never pushy, and willing to work with us even when it meant multiple phone calls and personally delivering the vehicle to us. Greg in finance was also great. He identified himself as “Han Solo” when my phone was screening his call, which gave us a good laugh. We really appreciated how genuine and easygoing everyone was. Thank you all for making a stressful situation a little easier!
