- JAJennifer Ackerman1 day ago1.0Something severely wrong with the workers at this location. Skip this one and go to the one in Kimberly where they are honest. Twin falls location is shady.
- KWKim Whittle3 days ago1.0I'll give 1 star only because they are fast. But when I booked my appointment online I asked for an oil change and headlight replacement. After my appointment was complete I realized they did not change the light so I went in and they said they "forgot" to do it even tho it was on my order. Also I gave them coupons and they were not even applied to the cost. Not going back ever again. I'll stick with Jiffy Lube

- PWP WJun 2, 20261.0Went in on Saturday May 30th with my daughter's car to get it serviced and tires rotated. Total price was $126.74. They were having computer issues and ended up charging me 4 times for $506.96. Showed them verified proof on my bank app and all I got was manager would call Monday. It's Tuesday, no call, and when I called them they acted like they didn't know anything about it. To top it off, my daughter's car is now out of alignment.
