They said they told me about the "extra" charges but didn not and insisted again they informed about the "extra" charges. The first time i went was quoted for the 90 dollar range oil change paid around that amount this time they said it was a mistake on their part and I should have been quoted the 120 dollar range oil change and with a 15 dollar discount my oil change came out to over 150. I asked for an emailed receipt never got one when i asked for another still never got it.The man who assisted was rude and suddenly couldn't hear anymore and hung up. Not very professional I've never spent over 100 on an oil change and won't be going back

After my appointment was complete I realized they did not change the light so I went in and they said they "forgot" to do it even tho it was on my order. Also I gave them coupons and they were not even applied to the cost. Not going back ever again. I'll stick with Jiffy Lube
