If i am ever in the area again and need to rent a car, I will seek them out at the airport. If I were to change anything about my trip (with the exception of going to see my dying sister) it would be to get a different vehicle. The Rav4 is incredibly uncomfortable! But still a very nice, well maintained car. Thank you Joey and Taelor for your outstanding service!

- DGDonna GreenJun 26, 20261.0If your idea of a family adventure is sitting on the side of the road with a blown tire, a broken tire-changing tool, stressed-out adults, and a child wondering if this is part of the vacation, then this Enterprise location is for you. The tire blew out, and when we tried to use the equipment that came with the car, the tool broke. Instead of saying, "We'll take care of this," we were told to go to Les Schwab and then had to argue just to get a replacement vehicle. The employee we dealt with was rude, argumentative, and acted like we were asking for a luxury upgrade instead of a safe car. Nothing says "customer service" like debating with stranded customers while a kid is waiting and everyone is stressed. We rented a vehicle to enjoy our trip—not to audition for a roadside survival show. A blown tire is unfortunate, but how a company responds is what matters. Unfortunately, Enterprise turned a bad situation into an unforgettable one for all the wrong reasons. We'll be renting somewhere else next time.
