- JBJosh BernsteinAug 15, 20261.0I took my vehickle into this shop for a flat tire and the customer service experience was fantastic, although I will comment on the odor emitting from the technician that parked my vehicle after the job was done. They were very expedient, but once I'd gotten into my car to drive home I could only describe a smell that was so bad I almost vomited. I had to drive with my windows down to let my interior aerate because the scent was so bad nothing I did would actually remove it. I ran my A/C with the circulator off and it was like I had someone's rear and armpit blowing directly into my face. I got into my car to go to work the next day and guess what? The smell was STILL THERE. I need to do a cabin air filter replacement at this point and I don't think it will be done at this shop. Please tutor your technicians on the importance of proper hygiene. The smell was so bad I thought *I* had to shower.

I pulled up to get some air in my tires and the guy standing there didn’t even acknowledge me. Then some other guy was coming off of a break and he was walking right past me I had to say excuse me, sir, and then he seemed to irritated that I even bothered him. I will never return here again.

So I decided to bring it to Point S for a more honest check. They listened to my issues and concerns and provided great feedback and suggestions. As well as info on this particular engine and its issues. I am far more comfortable and confident in their work than the dealer now and will definitely be returning.
