  I came in expecting basic competence and left realizing that’s asking too much here. I was quoted a 45-minute tire job. It took over 2 hours with zero updates. When I finally got the car back, one of the "new" tires was visibly low on air. I returned immediately and instead of inspecting the issue, they blamed me and sent me on my way. No accountability. No professionalism. Just excuses and attitude. The staff clearly don’t care about doing the job right, and worse, they make it your problem when they screw it up. I don’t care how convenient or cheap this place is, it’s not worth the risk. If you like wasting time, being talked down to, and leaving worse off than when you arrived, this is your shop. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

  I have an 06 chevy impala. Power steering leaks. I got a consultation and a quote of $350.00 To remove and replace the rack and pinion . I agreed. 3 days later . The repairs were completed . The bill totaled $881.00 Drove the car 1/4 miles turned it around to ask about the " klunk " sound . The front sway bar was in half . The sway bar is side by side next to rack and pinion steering unit. They quoted me $250 to replace the sway bar. What gets me is . The lady at the desk told me . The mechanic was driving the car to get the bubbles removed from the power steering system. When asking the guy if he didn't hear the "klunk" while driving it . He said he didn't drive it. ???????? I really like these people. Bennet has always treated me fairly . I like the store workers . That's why they got 2 ⭐️⭐️ But my trust will have to be earned back . There is more to this story . I'm sure it's some how something I did.
