  Quick & efficient, but left scratching my head at the lack of customer service. Long story short, it was my first time going here today after being recommended this place by several people I know. Right out the gate a nice young man with no uniform guides me in (I could barely see his hand signals so I was a little hesitant to pull forward), and then walks up to my window and sits there for a second. No greeting, no explanation of services, just asks me if I want the normal oil in my car. I ask for synthetic and he tells the tech, and they proceed to do the oil. Awkward, but not the end of the world. I mean it's an oil change place right? Anyways, right at the end as they ask me to fire the car up I do so, and I accidentally for a split second bump my windshield wiper spray. I apologize twice out the window to the young man and to the tech, who afterwards closes my hood and dead pan looks at me and says "wasn't expecting a shower". He seemed upset and then he just walks off. I paid my tab and left. When you have people who care so little for your vehicle and seem so half cocked in attitude, you start to wonder if anything got missed. I get it's hot outside, and having done that type of work myself I know it's anything but fun, but I probably won't be going back. Definitely an awkward experience.

  Got Oil change and everything topped off, saw my car was leaking oil a day or 2 later and found that my oil drain plug screw wasn't even finger tight (loose) and also found my brake fluid cap was left off. Maybe I'll give it a second chance next time I need an oil change

  Where this place really shines is in its speed of service and in the friendliness of their staff! I’m pretty much in and out of there in 10 minutes max if there’s no line at the door. They’re pretty on par for everywhere else in terms of pricing, but just because they’re so amazing I’ll continue to go back here!
