  This business and its employees are absolute godsend’s! I would’ve been so screwed if this wonderful team hadn’t stepped in and helped me today. They have some of the most affordable tires around and offer a wide variety of services to help keep you and your vehicle on the road. It’s also worth mentioning that several of the employees are active military members or veterans. Everyone I interacted with genuinely cared about helping me, and it really showed. I can’t recommend this team and business enough. They were affordable, reliable, honest, and incredibly kind. Thank you all for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  My husband and I love going to this Grease Monkey specifically! They are always so welcoming and don’t make you feel dumb for not knowing certain things! They explain thoroughly and are upfront about pricing and how they compare to other places. Some employees that’s stuck out to me were Chris, Alonzo, and I think his name was Matt. Very personable and quick with their work too. Recommend to anyone in Rexburg!

  I am extremely disappointed and will never do business with Grease Monkey again. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. I took my truck in for a routine oil change. After only about 15 minutes in the bay, they told me they couldn't change the oil because the drain plug and oil pan were supposedly cross-threaded. When I pointed out that Grease Monkey had performed my previous oil change, they became defensive and claimed it was my fault because my truck had a slight oil leak that somehow caused the plug to slip and become cross-threaded over time. They then told me the repair would cost around $200 in parts plus labor and could take close to 15 hours of labor to complete. Not convinced, I left and took my truck to Commercial Tire. Their technicians told me the situation had been greatly exaggerated. They removed the drain plug without any major issues, saying it was only a little tight. They installed a new drain plug, changed the oil, and had everything completed in less than 30 minutes. The total cost was under $150. Based on my experience, Grease Monkey either misdiagnosed the problem or was not being honest about the extent of the repair needed. Either way, I lost confidence in their service. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any expensive repairs or if you are smart just don't use them at all.

  Matt is excellent. This isn't your stereotypical quick lube. They actually seem to do a good job. Very professional and communicate well throughout the process.
