    Terrible experience at the Rexburg, Idaho location. Wouldn't use Enterprise for a rental again. Rented vehicle was filthy and needed washer fluid. Took 3 hours to pick up as apparently all the employees quit.

    We made a reservation for a minivan on May 20. The car was to be picked up June 4 at 8am. We confirmed the reservation a few days before the scheduled pick-up. Everything seemed fine. No mention that there may be issues. At 7:30am on the day of pick-up we got a call stating our car was not available and there were no other vehicles available for 6 or more passengers. We tried until 10am to find a vehicle and were never provided one as none could be found. The employee was very apologetic and stated in touch with us but ultimately was not able to fulfill their end of the rental agreement. We've used this center in the past with no issues. Going to be more cautious in the future.
