  Came in during my lunch, let the guy at the counter know that, he said the flat would take 30 minutes tops and I was like PERFECT!, I worked in a shop before so I knew that was about reasonable time but on the longer end but it’s alright, then it proceeded to take a HOUR for a single FLAT, AND had for a service most places do for free they took 2x longer than a flat should take to get done especially when having to pay for it you’d think they’d get it done quicker, and when I walked around for a bit there was 3 guys standing around my car not doing anything, just standing around next to it, and it’s not like there was a line ahead either they took my car straight back to get worked on, discount tire will do the same flat x10 within a hour, ridiculous.

  Huge thanks to Jesse B. and Cathan C. I stopped in right before closing with a tire issue, and instead of trying to sell me two new tires, they honestly told me it just needed a patch. They fixed it for free and were friendly and helpful the whole time. Really appreciate their honesty and great customer service. I'll definitely be back!

  Excellent service! We had an issue with our rental car, and the staff helped us quickly and professionally. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

  I've been using Clair and Dee's for years. Although management has moved to a new generation, the service has not changed. I scheduled for this morning to have a bracket put on that I couldn't figure out. Cathan got me right in and took care of the issue just like they always do. Paula always goes above and beyond as well. Couldn't recommend them higher.

  AMAZING!! My husband took our Honda Odyssey in to get our back tire fixed/ replaced. Long story, but we took it to ANOTHER shop originally and they were trying to upcharge us because they were “having a bad year.” They said it was gonna be $260 for one all terrain tire and was going to take a week to get it and then recommended getting two new all season tires for almost $500. They said it would be $20 for a tire patch but they couldn’t do a tire patch on it. Ridiculous so we called Clair and Dee’s POINT S. Clair and Dee’s Point S had two all terrain tires in stock but they were a different brand which was totally fine! And they quoted us about $180 for a new tire. Which was almost $100 cheaper than the other place. My husband took it in and they said could do a tire patch on it instead and that they do a little bit more than other tire places do. They ended up doing the patch for free!! I definitely recommend them and will be doing business with them in the future!!
