    It’s not just this Autozone but instead the whole company. The previous owner of my car had a problem with the car not starting right, and he took it to Autozone, who told him that the car battery was fine and that the testing device they used said the problem wasn’t coming from the battery, and so they wouldn’t cover the warranty. He took it other places and everywhere else said the battery tested bad. He got a new battery from autozone and again purchased warranty. Then I got the car from him (my dad), and after only 2 years (batteries should last at least 4), the car refuses to start without a jump. I took it back to see if they would cover warranty here in Rexburg, and they tested it and said it tested fine, and the problem must be the starter. If their device says the battery tests fine, then they don’t cover warranty. I made the mistake of trusting them and took it in to an autoshop, who charged me a diagnostic fee to find the problem. The only thing that was wrong was the battery. I now have to pay for a labor fee and a new battery, when I could have saved $200 and simply gotten a new battery. The mechanic also told me that they don’t like to work with Autozone, which I can clearly see why. They really need to make better batteries, and also better devices that can check the battery health better.

    Traveling from across the country and we had an issue with our trailer ball. Cooper and the store manager, Gabe, helped this lady out by undoing the torqued nut and replacing the new ball on the trailer hitch. Seriously, they were amazing!

    Gabe and Jacob helped me fix and replace my brake light when it had fused! I am college student who doesn't know much about cars and they were super helpful with getting me the right parts and even helped me replace everything!
