    They dont use local people to reserve a car! So when I went to pickup said reserve vehicle I was told tough out of luck pretty much. The guy there really wasn't much help. Sent me to Cda only to be told they dont have any cars either. And from post falls to cda I was on hold with supposely local representative I walked into the store before someone would even tell me if there was anything avaliable. Totally waste of time.

    I continue to have a great experience with all the Idaho locations for Enterprise. So much so that I have chosen to rent a car opposed to asking for friends to pick me up when doing things like leaving my car in the shop for a few days. Customer service is great and I haven’t had any issues with the vehicles. All have been beautiful.

    The best rental car experience ive ever had! 100% recommend enterprise in Post Falls! So kind, thorough, and cool dude to be around as we were picking up our vehicle. Answered all of our questions with ease and was happy to help.

    It was very convenient to get the rental car from the body shop. The car was clean and in very good condition. The owner at Enterprise was really really nice and showed me how to use everything on the car. It was great to just drop it off at the body shop and pick up my car.
