  Post Falls Enterprise Rental car hands down had friendly, efficient and super helpful service by Jamie and her team!!! Thank you!! I needed a rental due to someone hitting my vehicle and she and her team made sure I was well taken care of!! The vehicle was so clean!!

  We made a reservation a week in advance and when we show up, they don’t have the truck we reserved. So disappointing.

  Was picked up at the repair shop, got me on my way really fast and I dropped the rental off at the repair shop. Really made it effortless on my part the whole process was a breeze.

  First time using post falls enterprise and will not be using them again. We reserved a 5 person vehicle a week before our family vacation. 2 days before leaving we decided to upgrade to a 7 passenger minivan that their location said was available. The night before pickup they called after hours to let us know they do not have a vehicle but we could pay more money for two different upgraded suvs or wait an extra day for a minivan to arrive by 11am. We decided to hold off our drive by a day for the minivan. They called me at 11:05 after loading the vehicle and children to let me know it was not available until 3pm and no other vehicles were available because they reserved the other two SUVs they offered the day before. Then decided to shared how the person who had the minivan was a frequent enterprise customer. They did not offer a discount, or offer to call other locations, or even sound apologetic and this unfortunately was their branch manager. Super disappointed in the customer service and lack of sympathy. We cancelled and decided to use our vehicle instead, which we never do but unfortunately all other branches were out of stock for 7 passenger vehicles. I would use any other location over this one.

  A great place to rent a vehicle. Very personal staff and a good selection of cars in great shape to rent. It's nice that we don't have to go to the airport to rent, super convenient. We will be renting from Enterprise again in the future.
