  I have purchased lots of vehicles over the years and for the most part it’s a normal transaction, some place are a little higher pressure than others. Karl with switchbacks is a true professional and very low or no pressure simple Shows you what they have explains it the best he can and works well with you. Then switchback knocks it out of the park Jade is an awesome employee and worked great with me not just as it’s her job but like she truly cared and wanted the best deal I could get. So for my opinion Karl and Jade are a winning team and thank you both for a great experience.

  Well, where can I start? First of all let me say that anytime you walk into a dealership of any kind it doesn’t matter what it is what you’re trying to buy when you meet your salesman or your sales person for the very first time, they have one chance to make a good impression and my salesman at switchback right off the bat made a lasting impression. Young man’s name is Wyatt super nice young man, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and his honesty he laid out everything for us pros and cons because they exist in anything out there you buy he didn’t try to upsell me wasn’t pushy great experience. A long time ago switchback was original called Butterfields Polaris I used to do a little bit of business with them a long time ago and back then their staff was amazing, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and it hasn’t changed so once again thank you switchback for giving us a very memorable and lasting experience Anthony Stewart.

  I have never personally purchased anything from switchback, but a friend and I ran into some issues with a 2015 Yamaha Viking they had done some work on. They got it right in and got it fixed without cost, Perry was awesome and did a great job. The entire team at Switchback are great to deal with. You all earned another customer, thank you all.

  Had an amazing experience buying from Switchback. Our salesman was Wyatt and he was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. That being said the whole team there from parts, finance, and service departments were all friendly and on top of things. Just a great vibe right through the doors. They asked how they could make it a deal we were happy with and they delivered with zero BS. From past bad experiences from other dealerships, this was a breath of fresh air. We are not local but will gladly make the drive again for any other needs or services.

  The absolute best experience we ever had with any kind of dealer!!! Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly . Prices were good. Pleasant experience all the way around. They asked what would make us happy with the deal as far as financing and payments and worked very hard to get us what we asked for. Most places , if you say $300 payment they come back with $500 . I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy your outdoor power sport toys ! Wyatt was our sales guy and was very knowledgeable. But everyone we talked to was amazing . Financial department was great also !
