  My window had a crack that needed repaired so my insurance company scheduled me to get a new window. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am just to get home and have them call me and tell me they ordered the wrong window. No big deal, humans make mistakes. But they were not willing to cover my Uber fees for their mistake. I asked them to cover the $15 that was wasted on transportation. They told me they weren’t going to do that and then blamed the wrong window on everyone but themselves. I guess $15 is worth their pride and this review. Take your business to someone who respects you as a customer and not just another corporate insurance claim.

  Very quick turnaround! Broken windshield on Tuesday night. Scheduled Wednesday for Thursday morning. First of the day and he was done in an hour or less! Great job! Was a little spendy compared to a couple other quotes but the others had me at a week out!

  Absolutely horrible from start to finish! I would never recommend Safelite to anyone! They replaced my rear view mirror with a cheap one and refuse to admit it or give it back! I have tried every way to contact a manager and still have yet to hear from one. I had to go to one of the locations to speak to anyone and still didn't get anything done about my mirror. Not only did they take the nice one and replace it with crap, it wasnt even installed correctly and fell off in my hand. The windshild wipers they put on are terrible too! The entire experience way bad from the first call when when technician yelled at me when I told him I wasnt in a rush and could wait until monday. All I was trying to do was be nice and not pressure him because he told me he had a lot to do that day. I loterally had to tell him that, that I was just trying to be nice. I should have known right then the type of people I was dealing with. I wish so much i had gone somewhere else. I cant even get my mirror back at this point. What a lousy company. I dont recommend safelite to anyone and will be sharing my experience with everyone.

  I recently used their mobile service and the technician (Keeton) was really great. Kept in communication with me, told me my options never pressured me, and was overall very kind. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was grateful they could come to workplace 30 minutes away! Very convenient, professional, and great work.
