  Great shop. I was traveling through Pocatello on a trip from Alaska. Called these guys on a Monday and they worked me in first thing in the morning. They spent about 40 minutes start to finish to adjusted the parking brake on my 2004 RAM dually. It now works perfectly. Price was surprisingly low and they didn’t try to sell me additional repairs I didn’t really need. This is an honest shop with fair prices and friendly people. I highly recommend them.

  Was planning to take my F-150 to the dealership to get repaired, but the scheduling wouldn’t work with an upcoming trip. They recommended Know A Guy, because one of their former technicians runs the place and knows Fords well. Mike was able to get me in the next business day, and had repairs done that same day. Easy service experience with fair pricing. Would visit again and recommend!

  Hands Down the Best in the Game. I've taken my GTI to multiple "VW mechanics" in town, and they all gave me insane estimates cause they didn't want to work on it. I Know A Guy Said bring it on we ain't scared. Prices are super fair, they are very transparent, even send pics of their diagnostic. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.

  Know-A-Guy fixed the A/C in our old Nissan in just a few weeks for a totally reasonable cost AFTER the local dealership failed repeatedly to fix it (2 months and almost the same cost!) We will DEFINITELY be returning to Know-A-Guy for other maintenance and repairs! Thank you Know-A-Guy (and Mike!)
