  Very very frustrating and disappointing experience!!! I made an online reservation weeks in advance for an SUV to be picked up on Saturday at 12. A lady from the local branch called a few days before the reservation to confirm the details and said, “We will see you on Saturday at 12.” Then a day later I received an email to “check in” to minimize wait and paperwork during pickup. I filled everything out. On Saturday, I arrive exactly at 12 to pickup my vehicle. I immediately noticed there was not an SUV in sight in the parking lot, which made me worry. I then approached the door to enter and it was locked and the lights were off inside. Not a single person around. They were closed!! I see on the door that they close at 12. So how come I was able to reserve online to pickup at 12 and the local lady that called confirmed pickup for 12? Also, if you close at 12, there should be somebody just leaving. I then called the number listed, which is a call center and got a guy who could’ve cared less about my situation. He said I could go to the airport to rent a car but they close at 12:30. I asked how I would know if they even had the car I needed. He said, I don’t know you could call them (which he should’ve done for me, plus the number he gave me was another call center, not a direct number). I rush to the airport, arrive at 12:25, walk in, they are closed with a sign that says “sorry, out of cars”. So I get on the phone again with the call center, a lady with a heavy Indian accent that’s hard to understand tries to help me. She actually tried to be helpful and apologetic. She checked Idaho falls Enterprise for me but they were out of vehicles too. (There were more phone calls in between this but this review is getting long). So needless to say, I was left high and dry without the SUV I needed for a family trip. I was told there was no way to get in touch with the local branch manager since they were closed, but someone from Enterprise would contact me by end of the day. Umm, No. Nobody reached out. Maybe I’m wrong, but good customer service would’ve given me a call when I hadn't arrived yet and said, “we show you have a reservation today and we close soon, will you be coming in?” Instead I was left on a wild goose chase. Terrible service!!!

  They are my go to on car rentals. They have been good to me all this years. Adjustable to your needs. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nathan has been extremely helpful and courteous the whole time.

  My family and I were on vacation and hot into an accident so State Farm sent us to this location to get a rental car. The first issue is we reserved a truck and upon arrival they tried to put us in a tiny car the size of a Chevy spark as they didn’t have any trucks. We were rudely told by the manager that we had two options either take the car they had or wait 24 to 36 hours for a truck to arrive. We had to wait for a truck due to us and our luggage not all fitting in the little car. So fast forward to the next day we go to pick up our rental truck and we’re told they couldn’t except our CREDIT card because it was coming back as a prepaid card. I called my credit card company and right in front of the manager Andrew Proffitt they told him no this was not a prepaid card and I had a 7000 limit on the card. This was for a 50 dollar deposit that they require for some stupid reason when you are using insurance to pay for your rental. So Andrew the manager proceeds to still call me a liar even though I called my credit card company right in front of him. His exact words were “I hate when people lie about their card being a prepaid one. He refused to help me in any way. My debit card was locked due to fraudulent activity so here we are stuck with no card and a jerk of a manager that refuses to help us. So I call my sister who is an hour away and is on my insurance as a driver to come use her debit card. So after all this we finally get the truck and head out. Well it’s 100 degrees out side and we go to Walmart to do some shopping when we go to get back in the truck it stinks terrible and my wife finds a moldy happy meal from McDonald. We call the rental place and we’re told by Andrew that if we don’t like the condition of the truck bring it back and we can go somewhere else. We just kept the truck and went and got some air freshener. The last thing that happened is when returning the truck they tried to charge us for gas saying it was .8 gallons less then when I got it mind you I just filled it up a mile from the rental car place then they tried to charge us for additional drivers which we specifically asked and were told no fees for additional drivers as they were on the insurance policy. Overall this one manager has cost enterprise a loyal customer and I will never use this company again
