  I am beyond frustrated with this Enterprise location. I made a reservation for an 11:00 AM pickup and had that reservation booked for over three months. You would think that would be plenty of notice to ensure a vehicle would be available. Instead, when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have a car for me and that it would be at least two hours before one became available. That simply wasn’t an option. We had to drive to Salt Lake City to catch a 5:30 PM flight, and the entire reason we made the reservation months in advance was to avoid exactly this kind of situation. The explanation I received made the experience even more frustrating. I was told this location gets its vehicles from the Enterprise location in town, but they didn’t have any available because four vehicles were all getting oil changes at the same time. Seriously? Why would four vehicles be scheduled for maintenance simultaneously when you have customer reservations to fulfill? What is the point of making a reservation if there is no guarantee a vehicle will actually be available when you arrive? A reservation should mean that a car is set aside for you, especially when it’s been booked months in advance. Instead, I was left scrambling to figure out transportation for an important trip. The lack of planning, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. This experience completely defeated the purpose of reserving a rental car, and I honestly have very little confidence in relying on this location again.

  I have previously had good experiences with Enterprise at this airport. However, last week, I returned the vehicle (using the drop box for the key at 11am because it was 30 minutes until they opened), and now I have STILL not received a receipt for my rental, 4 days later. I have attempted multiple times to contact them and have been unable to get a receipt.

  Easy to Pick Up, car was in perfect conditions. Fast drop off, no contact. Everything worked well on my 2 days rental.

  Great service. Staff always treats me like I'm their favorite customer! I'm able to pick up and get on the road car quickly. Returning is easy, my receipt is emailed and accurate. Cars are clean and problem free.

  They are never there and their phone that we're supposed to call if they are not there is always off. 👏
