I went into AutoZone and needed help looking for a part. I asked the worker at the counter for help looking up a part. The worker specifically was Ryan, the manager with braids. When he was looking up what car I had, it was not coming up. I told him what car I had again and he had began to get frustrated. I repeated my self, clarifying the part that was needed and he got angry and raised his voice at me. He said it was not showing up angrily, and even aggressively turned the screen to me. He was very unprofessional and I thought he might be new. The way he yelled at me had me leaving the store in tears as I only had wanted help finding the part for my car. I found out later he was a manager… I didn’t get everything I needed. I went to a different store.

The guys in there are super nice. I'm from Kansas, and I was on a long road trip. My car started acting weird around the end of Wyoming, and the engine light kicked on right outside of Pocatello. Took it to Autozone just before they closed, which I felt super bad about. However, they didn't seem to mind at all, and they were very nice. They told me what was wrong with my car without mansplaining or attempting to sell me things I don't need (very common in Kansas haha). They also called a mechanic asap to ask if my car could safely make it to Idaho Falls, which is where I need to take it to a mechanic. Super nice customer service.

I came in to buy wiper fluid for my car. When I came out to fill it I accidentally locked my car keys in the car. They were laying on the seat, right where you can see them. The staff went above and beyond to help me get in and by the time we got it figured out there was 6 of us working on it. The staff this wonderful woman and a man helped me. They got electrical tape and we finally got them out with a magnet taped to a slim Jim. Thank you guys so much!
