  A few years ago my husband and I were looking for an Outback. At that time we noticed the prices were much higher at Treasure Valley Subaru than at Larry Miller. We ended up going with Larry Miller. Fast forward to today, my son was ready to purchase his first newer car. We wanted to give this local dealer a second chance. We found a Certified Legacy, but asked for some flexibility in the price because it was priced a bit higher than what it should be based on our research of the vehicle. Needless too say the discount offered didn't work. They didn't want to budge, so we said thank you and left. Drove to Larry Miller and found a certified Legacy , same year and model, with 2000 less miles and 2000 cheaper. My advice is to save money drive to Boise. Larry Miller has earned our business and we will recommend them over TVS. TVS was quick to let us walk out the door instead of seeing what they could do. Larry Miller made it work, they figured out a way to make the sale. I'd like to add that the salesman at Treasure Valley Subaru was wonderful, so I am not criticizing him.

  This is my second time working with TV Subaru and have had great experiences. This time I worked with Shay and he was nothing but helpful in the entire process. Being tall, I don’t fit in many vehicles. Shay was the first one to truly understand my needs of car roof height relative to price of vehicle. He was also very patient and understanding to work with. I legitimately shopped 7 different dealers and I should have just gone to Subaru first. Between him and the finance department they were extremely easy and transparent to work with. HIGHLY recommend.

  I had an excellent experience with the service department at Treasure Valley Subaru and couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of care I received. Ben Desman was outstanding to work with. He was knowledgeable and communicative. His attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction truly stood out. What impressed me most was how well I was treated overall—there was no pressure, no rushing, just honest and respectful service. It’s clear that the service department takes pride in their work and in building trust with their customers. I left feeling confident in the service performed and very appreciative of the experience. I highly recommend the service department at Treasure Valley Subaru, especially Ben Desman, and will absolutely continue to return for future service needs.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Michael Crowley at Treasure Valley Subaru. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, very personable, patient, and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Buying a car can be stressful, but Michael made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend both Michael Crowley and Treasure Valley Subaru to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
