  We had a great used car buying experience here at Treasure Valley Subaru. Mark was our salesman and he was absolutely no pressure and answered all of our questions. Jake the sales manager helped us with the final price and was easy to work with. We actually had a fun time in finance with JP, what a really great guy. We talked about the car and our options to protect it with different warranty coverages. We had enough time to discuss life and had a back and forth discussion about how great it is to live here in the Treasure Valley. I do recommend everyone give them a try for your next car new or used. They seem to be like a big family. Also a shout out to the receptionist she brought us over some snacks and waters she was very friendly and thoughtful.

  I had the pleasure of working with Logan, Fernando, and Dakota. This is my first Subaru and they each took the time to explain to me the features of the car. If you are like me and do not like pushy salesmen, either one would be great to work with. Untalmently Dakota was the one who helped me and made the sale. Even so, Fernando was congratulating me when I was going through with the purchase. I would totally recommend Treasure Valley Subaru for your next car. Thank you all for the insight you provided.

  I had an amazing experience at TV Subaru! I had found a car online and was greeted by Dakota as soon as we parked. It was quite impressive to me, honestly. He brought us inside, offered us snacks & water. We talked about seeing the car we came for but also a few others. He left us for a few minutes but while he was gone he was actually grabbing the keys AND CARS that we were looking at!! He also had done some research on the one we came for AND knew where it was. After looking at the others, he drove us around back to the one I had found online. It ended up being the car we left with! Dakota is fantastic. His attentiveness, patience, honesty and genuine care of us was so refreshing. He was never pushy with us and kept us updated through the entire process. You can tell that Dakota truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. He went above and beyond for us in ways we didn’t expect, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did. It was a truly excellent experience. Jake was the sales manager on duty today and he was very genuine, honest and patient. Dakota and Jake were a dynamic duo. If you’re looking for a salesperson who will treat you like a person instead of a paycheck, go see Dakota. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, and we will definitely be coming back to him in the future!

  Oscar and Jake were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were both very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how welcoming and professional they were.   Brady Fuller and Sam Weinreb at Team Mazda Subaru were absolutely amazing to work with! They made the entire process of getting into a new car feel easy, comfortable, and way less stressful than I expected. Brady was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He really took the time to listen to what I needed, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident about the car I was choosing. Sam was just as wonderful and helped make everything come together smoothly. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. They genuinely cared about helping me find something that worked for my needs and my situation, and that meant a lot to me. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but these guys made it such a positive experience. I’m so excited about my new car and incredibly grateful for all of their help!
