  I had my fuel pump replaced, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The installation was completed correctly, everything was made easy from start to finish, and I haven’t experienced any issues since the repair.

  My 33 year old pickup needed numerous repairs including a failed clutch. The repairs were done in a timely manner. They made my truck reliable again. Everyone there is professional & courteous. I will continue to do business with Gills & recommend the highly.

  When this place was country repair, it was great. Since it has changed we have had nothing but problems. My daughter took her car to them for some expensive repairs about three weeks ago and now it is making the same noise. We took our car in there two weeks ago and never once have they contacted us to let us know updates. We have called four times after the day they said they would be done and each time they gave us a different date. So we would call again they gave another date. Again, no communication about a reason why it is not done. It is now the last day, they said was going to be done before noon, of course, no phone call , so we called back at one o'clock and was told it would be by end of day. Well they close in less than one half of an hour and still no call. We were going to go to a celebration of life and now can't go, because of no car. The estimate was very expensive, but we decided that we wanted the work done. Big mistake. I was going to call them and tell them my thoughts, but am afraid they would take short cuts to get it done. So here we set. We will not ever use them again. Very disappointed Just received a call from someone from Gills right before 6pm and offered us a loaner car. And said that we had so much work done that they need to do test drives. This is what they have told us the last two times, so three times now Another update. After this posted last Friday, Noe called and said that this is not their normal way of doing things. He said that a tech had called and talked to us. Yes we did talk to a tech 4-5 times, but calls were initiated by us. He then offered a loaner car. It was already 5:35 so we would not take the car. I asked why they didn't offer before, probably did not have one available. Noe was very nice and said they still needed to test drive. He called in the morning Monday and let us know that there was a leak, but they were going to fix with no additional charge. He said it would be done that day. He called us at 4 and told us it was done I am sorry this is so long, but wanted the facts . So I am changing my review and want to say that the communication was the problem. We haven't driven the car , except to bring it home. Noe had great customer service guess we should have asked for manager all along

  Wow! This was my first time using Gills Point S Tire & Auto. I'm so impressed! An issue came up with my car. I took it into Les Schwab and the quote was so high. There had to be another option. We found Gills. Within 18 hours of calling them, my car was scheduled, fixed, and the cost was at a fraction of the Les Schwab quote. Thank you, Gills, for your incredibly quick service, your friendliness and unbeatable prices. You will be our first stop next time an issue arises.
