  Trash business, rented my car out from underneath me. Didn't have a replacement or give any solutions. Delayed our family trip. Small little rental car service with very few cars, would recommend to go elsewhere.

  Made an appointment to pick up car at 10 am. Appointment was made online with a debit card and it was accepted but when we went to pick up the car they would not accept the debit card. Asked a friend with a credit card to borrow their car and they rent the car. After an hour of the slowest service ever we were set up to do that. They kept saying the car would be ready in 10 minutes but no one approached the car to clean it. There were 2 employees at the counter and only 2 customers - neither of us were getting checked out with a car. Then some big wigs from Enterprise strut in and say they need 2 large SUVs. An hour and half later we still don't have a car. The manager comes in and is rude and angry with us saying we just needed to wait. Never offered a discount or coupon for the inconvenience. Finally he threatens to cancel the reservation - we said please do. Funny how when two Enterprise employees needed SUVs ours was canceled? When we left the location there were 6 Enterprise employees in the office and only us and one other customer who also still didn’t have a car. Save yourself the time and just go to Boise and rent a car. We could have drove there and picked up a car in less time. This is the second time at this location that I have had the experience where I had an appointment but did not get a car until over an hour later. Also, the Enterprise auto replies to the negative reviews are a joke -I am not going to your website for further poor customer service.

  Was to meet us at a particular time and didn’t show until over an hour later. On top of that the local office is extremely hard to reach via phone, Then instead of having the actual rental delivered as promised they picked us up to go back to their store to get a rental. A total waist of our time 1.5 hours so far and still not out the door.
