  Love this store. I come here for all of my parts needs and I always know who to talk to. My go to guys are Rudy and Noah. They always seem so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this store over any other.

  Exceptional Customer Service – Above and Beyond! I’m writing this review to commend Rudy at the AutoZone on 12th Ave for his truly exceptional service. Rudy has come in clutch for me multiple times, but our latest interaction was something else—he went so far above and beyond that I can’t thank him enough. My girlfriend’s grandfather had purchased some rotors, but when she went to work the next day, we realized they were the incorrect parts. I headed to the shop, and Rudy immediately started helping me map out a solution. Then, I realized my wallet was back at my house because I hadn't planned on leaving while in the middle of a brake job. It was 9:50 at night, and I was five to ten minutes away from home, but he simply said, "Don't worry, dude, I got you. We’ll stay open for you to make sure your girl can get to work tomorrow." Even though we eventually found a different plan, I still rushed back to let him know I had arranged a ride for her and that we would get the rest of it straightened out the next day. Whoever is reading this needs to give him a pat on the back—they don’t make people like him anymore. He is a genuinely kind person; going above and beyond like that just doesn’t happen very often these days. Honestly, it was a stressful situation, but I went home with a smile on my face because of the help he was willing to offer

  I had a great experience with Noah the other day. He had just came in from helping someone else install a battery, and happened to get me as his next customer. I needed 2 batteries replaced in my diesel and he was ready to go. Not only did he make sure I got the best batteries that I could, but he also installed them in almost 90 degree weather. No complaints, and he knew what he was doing.

  I’ve noticed they like harassing an employee I don’t appreciate have a employee doing that to their other peers.they need to be more professional about treating employees with respect and understanding

  I came in this afternoon, 6-11, & Bill was very very helpful. My left blinker in back was not working. He pulled off the whole unit, tail light & pulled the bulb out. Was not easy to get off, & there was water in the unit. Looks like the sealing on the unit is wearing off & everytime I get my car washed it’s retaining water in there. Bill replaced the bulb & put the unit back on & is now working. He told me to go online & see if I could order a new unit. Thank you very much Bill. You went above & beyond to help me. Janette
