HAVING SAID THAT... **NEVER, EVER, EVER** use the app ir a credit or debit card at their stations.. walk in, buy a set amount. They authorize $226, then when you hang the pump up, a 2nd authorization for the actual amount is run. The $226 preauthorization stays on for well over a week. Spent $600 in gas driving across country, Over 10 stops, those 10 stops plus fuel took $3000 of available credit off my credit card account. Picture attached of an authorization that well over a week old. Pumped amount posted, authorization, still there.
- AOAlexander OntiverosJun 7, 20265.0Really clean and nice Pilot truck stop. Pretty small for truck parking but there is sometimes Prime paid parking left. Showers were very clean and nice, shower 2 got that good water pressure w/HOT watah. Also got an Arby’s onsite that is 24 hours.
- CHColby HattonMay 28, 20261.0The air tank is actively dangerous. The air tank there charged $2.50. That's already annoying because it's my belief that air should be complimentary at gas stations. But whatever, my tire was low and the repair shops were closed at 8 PM. I paid the bill and used the interface to fill my tire to 45 PSI. When it finished, I got on the freeway to continue my trip. Just after the on-ramp, my car gives me a notification that my tire was at 67 PSI! That's not just frustrating, it's actively dangerous! I can't believe I was charged and they can't even bother to calibrate the air pressure sensor on the machine.
- NDNiurka DiazMay 23, 20261.0I used both their showers and laundry facility and both are rated poorly. I wouldn't even give one star if I could. The showers make a mess and leave water EVERYWHERE. My bag that was on the bench got soaked and the floor was also soaked. They give you MINIMAL towels to dry off. One small towel and a face wash. The laundry facility has 2 washers and 2 dryers. I went to wash my clothes and the employee told me each slot required two quarters. What he failed to tell me is that ALL of their dryers do not work. When I approached the manager, she told me not only do those not work but the ones used by employees don't work either. So now I have to take my wet clothes somewhere else. The entire process was super frustrating and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. I give it a zero rating!
