I also felt acknowledged and touched when they addressed me by my first name. The service that was performed was explained to me and seems to be working fine.

- LALuke AustinApr 20, 20261.0Horrible service. I paid to have my wheel bearings repacked and the bearings failed while I was driving. This caused a complete loss of control my vehicle and I had to get it towed. This was after I had gone back once asking them to fix whatever they did the first time. I came to them with an estimate for repair of damages to which they admitted fault. However, they tried to nickel and dime me and only wanted to pay $1100/$1700. I had to tell them I would go to small claims court before they would pay the full amount. They also said they would reimburse me for the tow after their “work” failed. This took over a month and half because they somehow “lost” the check. I think they were hoping I would forget. When I finally got it in the mail (after telling them I would have to go to court if they didn’t sent it) the envelope was not even sealed. Long story short, these guys can’t even seal an envelope. I wouldn’t let them anywhere near your vehicle.
