  Went to one and they didn't have my oil. Took to calling around and got me to another one. Both places were very professional and very helpful

  The experience unfortunately wasn’t great. I always go to valvoline and get a decent experience. Unfortunately this time was a bit different. The staff were all friendly and kind but it became clear to me pretty fast that they were not very experienced and I started to feel nervous that they might all be very new at this job. I asked if they still do serpentine belts, they do not, but there wasn’t a confident answer. After the service was finished I left and my car immediately died. That had never happened before. I shrugged it off because it started right back up and I was able to drive around to do my errands the rest of the day. Then some check engine lights turned on. I had to work the next morning and while on my way to work, while driving 35 miles an hour the car shut off with cars behind me! It almost caused a huge accident! So I decided I needed to take it to the dealer. There was a hose that had not been hooked back up! I then realized they did not replace the cover to my cab filter, that was not a huge deal. I put it back. The bottom line is I will not feel confident ever going back there. Thankfully the problem was an easy fix but a major accident could have happened from that “small” mistake. I just want these guys to realize the Devils in the detail. It is so important you thoroughly follow each step and replace everything exactly as it was. Like I said everyone was very nice and friendly. That is why it’s a 2 star not one BUT the management needs to have at least two very experienced techs on duty.

  I came here for a oil change and a man with piercings on the lip removed my air filter screws with washers and dropped them they looked for them and didnt not find them he ended up not finding them or replacing them and screwed directly in to the filter It seemed to be funny to all that were working that day iv been coming to valvoline for years and after this experience never again. It rattled the whole way home but it seemed funny to the crew at hand of his actions dont know what he was smoking before I got there but it must have been good never going to valvoline again I travel to much for someone to not care at all.

  Brice the service manager was quick and helpful but thorough in helping me with my oil change. I stayed in my car and relaxed as they worked promptly. Would definitely recommend.

  I experienced a quick and easy oil change. The manager, Bryce was a great help in explaining everything.
