  Vitali was solid at walking me through what’s needed and why it’s important. He didn’t give me a sales pitch or come off pushy but did express the importance of some things. Overall I was impressed and happy with the service and would come back.

  The reason for a 2 star review, is for the 2 gentlemen that did what they could to help rectify the issues THEY caused. I went to get a very basic oil change... on my way home to Nampa, my vehicle constantly sputtered, and shut off each time I stopped... I finally made it home with a check engine light & a few other lights on my dash that normally are not on. Turns out, the technicians didn't thoroughly check under my hood, and my air intake "tube" was completely off the bracket & causing this issue. SO scary for me to drive with my child all the way home like that. Bryce, their manager, was top tier when it comes to customer service, and came out to my house the next day to see what the issues was, ie., my air intake tube.. Their customer service representatives are very nice & helpful, and most if not all, the technicians I did interact with, were super nice... however, oversight on little things like this, makes it really hard for me to trust any oil changing place other than a certified mechanic from now on.

The team was friendly and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. They checked more than just the oil and made sure everything was running smoothly. The whole process took less than 15 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. If you’re looking for a quick, reliable, and honest oil change in Meridian, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!
