  Ethan’s the man! I locked my keys in my car🤦‍♂️ he was able to get it unlocked in about a minute and off I went. Super friendly, great customer service

  I always come to Rocket Express, but I had an especially positive experience today. I was treated very politely, and Jaiden went above and beyond my usual expectations—providing truly excellent service.

  I had a great experience at this car wash. The service was quick, thorough, and my car looked spotless by the time I was finished. Jaiden was especially helpful—friendly, professional, and made sure everything looked right. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  If you go through this tunnel during the afternoon and evening hours, be prepared for the assault of sewage smell on your nostrils. Once you get out into the fresh air, you will have the benefit of physical exercise as you bend down to wipe all the black dirt specks they've just deposited all over your car body. I've called them and left a message 3 times about this. No one ever bothered to call back and nothing ever changed. It seems their water recycling/filtering system is very degraded and malfunctioning. Worse yet, they don't care enough about customers or their business to fix it. Eventually, I instructed them to cancel my monthly charge. They charged anyway! When I showed up to get a refund, Chris made me stand around for 5 minutes waiting for a "manager" while he continued his zoom call. When the "manager" came out, she offered me free washes! She also couldn't refund me because I didn't have the card on me. She wanted me to waste even more of my time and come back with the card. This business has no respect for customers, no respect for their equipment, and no respect for themselves. I so wish google had negative 5 or 10 rating options. UPDATE! UPDATE!: It is 23April as I provide this update. I have completed my THIRD visit to obtain a refund of money that was wrongly charged to my card. I have finally prevailed against this TIME-WASTING, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST BUSINESS. DON'T GO HERE! CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IF YOU HAVE ONE! P.S.: check out their BS boilerplate response below. If they really G A S they would contact me instead of asking me to waste even more time with their BS webpage. What a slimy outfit. Employees: you are encouraged to look for better employment before these mismanagers take you down with the ship!
