  Had some new Nexen Roadian ATX tires put on my 2019 Ram 2500 (35x12.5xR20) and an oil change. Didn’t get it to them until 4pm and they still got it back to me by the end of the day. Tires look amazing and they are always professional. I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.

  Jason is awesome. His team is awesome. He was super patient with me and my mess of a car. He took his time. He went above and beyond. He communicated the price and made sure I understood what would be going on. I will be bringing all of my future needs for vehicles to this team!

  Amazing customer service and amazing part of the community. Jason was awesome to work with and very helpful! Worked with us on setting up our car wash for a girls soccer team and even put it on his letter board. I have been taking my vehicle here for the last several years and have always had an amazing experience!

  My experience with point S has always been such a positive experience. From the service writers, to the Manager Jason taking time to personally come talk to me about my vehicle. It is one of the most honest and best priced full service repair shops I have ever done business with. I recommend them to everyone I know!

  Brought it in with suspected alternator failure because the car loses electrical quickly but recharging the battery would let it run for a short period of time. As a result I was able to drive it to the shop after charging it a few times before reaching this destination. I chose Gills because it was the closest location to where my car stopped working. They performed an inspection and provided me an estimate of $3,100 and claimed that the water pump had leaked on the serpentine belt and the alternator and all of the parts would need to be replaced. I declined to have them do the work and drove it back home using the same methods of recharging the battery every mile or two. After some inspection and starting to do the repair in my own garage it became obvious that alternator is 6 inches ABOVE the water pump and upon removal of the serpentine belt there was no damage and it looked practically new. The water pump was not leaking. You take your choice about Gill's assessment of my car's needed repairs. Incompetence or dishonesty (attempted fraud). Update - The response from management is unfortunately incorrect. The method of communicating with me was over the phone, and no photographic evidence was offered. The only offer from the individual who called was to ask if the price was too high, how much was I willing to pay? Wow! When I picked up the vehicle the next day I was given a sheet of paper outlining the costs and an invitation to have the repair completed by Gills if I changed my mind.
