  We had reserved a car over a week ago. Called on Sunday at 9:30am to see if we can move up our pickup time, waited 10 minutes and no one answered so we decided to pick it up at 2:00. We arrived at 2:17 and the door was locked. They did have someone cleaning out the car wash bay and asked if there was someone who can help us with our rsvp. He went to grab 2 workers. They then told us they could not help us. He had already closed the safe, and we needed to go to the airport location, they may be able to help. I asked about our reservation and if it was still valid he said probably not they run on two different systems. We told them we tried calling earlier and the younger employee stated “oh we have been running around, it has been pretty busy, we had 30 cars and also probably why we couldn’t answer the phone.” We started making our way to the Airport and I called the reservation desk to see if they can transfer my reservation to the airport location. But of course there were no cars available until tomorrow. Poor work ethic and not a company that values their customers. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

  The entire team is fantastic! I was given excellent service all of the way through. Austin deserves employee of the month. He is the best! Treat Austin with the utmost respect!

  Austin the manager illegally charged our card for HUNDREDS, lied to us, played games and acted horrifically for any business representative. I’ll never go back and will share my nightmare with all who ask.

  After I returned the car, I noticed I had forgotten a brand new $185.00 bottle of perfume that was in the right corner pocket in the trunk in the Jeep Compass we rented for a girls weekend getaway, went to facility right off then next morning to get said bottle and they claim they "didn't see it"! Well, I have pictures of it in the back bc once I realized I didn't have it, I immediately went back to the lot hoping I didn't lock the car. They agent checked the lost and found which has a rope, sunglass cases, phone cases, etc but my bottle of perfume, no where to be found! Interesting, 4 girls can all attest it was back there. They have sticky fingers here. Don't lock the return car, so if you realize you forget something you can go back and get your stuff before they steal it! Won't be using this location again!
