  I did a last minute rental from the Enterprise location on E Fairview Ave in Meridian, Idaho when the location at the Boise airport was sold out. The staff at this location were friendly and competent and made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely go to this location again !

  Rented a Jeep Grand Wagoneer with only 10k miles. Appeared to have not been cleaned once in its life. The car was filthy inside and out. I had to spend several hours cleaning it. Glass was horrible, had both sugary sticky goo inside and sappy goo outside. Every seat had sticky material on it. Was dangerous to drive with its lack of visibility. There were Cheerios and other food items stuffed in pockets.

  Enterprise has taken care of my rental needs for a long time and I continue to use them. Very professional will get you in and out. Returning vehicle is just as simple as picking one up. I’ve always rented trucks, they always have the most updated and clean trucks.

  We had made a reservation for a small SUV over a month ago, for our trip to and from SoCal. When we picked the car up, we were told that we got an upgrade, a Ford Bronco. The car looked good from the outside. But when the agent turned the ignition on and off, the engine was rattling terribly. We were told that this was normal for that type of car. My husband got in the car and discovered that the plastic piece that was holding the rear view mirror was broken and partially disconnected from the ceiling. We asked for a different car. There were only two small SUVs to choose from. One had multiple dings on the windshield and the other one's trunk was just big enough to fit in one suitcase. We decided to keep the Bronco but were very unhappy with the quality of the cars that were available. It seems that their cars are neither well maintained nor cleaned, plus the tank was not completely full. However, the agents we dealt with were very friendly. We won't use the services of this branch again.

  Tony at the Meridian, ID branch went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to meet our very specific travel rental needs. When there wasn't a SUV on the lot to accommodate our needs, he made it all happen by making multiple calls to find us an SUV that would work for space and luggage and even met us the next morning at the shop at 5am to make the switch for us. That's what I call legendary customer experience!
