  I had a very frustrating experience with this Enterprise location involving an insurance-covered rental after a car accident. The rental was arranged through the at-fault driver’s insurance company (Gainsco Insurance). At no point was I clearly notified by either Enterprise or the insurance company that coverage had ended or that I needed to return the vehicle when they allegedly stopped paying on March 27, 2026. I was not contacted by anyone until April 8, 2026, when Enterprise first reached out. This was the first time I was made aware of any issue. I have phone records and recordings supporting this. I immediately returned the call the same day and arranged, by mutual agreement with Enterprise staff, to return the vehicle the next morning, which I did on April 9, 2026. During my visit, I informed management that I did not authorize charges to my personal card and revoked permission for any billing, as the rental was insurance-related. I also have a recording of this conversation. Despite this, multiple charges were later attempted and processed on my card without authorization, totaling approximately $639 including deposits and additional charges. I also learned there was a communication breakdown between Enterprise and the insurance company for at least a couple of weeks, and that Gainsco Insurance did not communicate the coverage decision until April 8, 2026 to Enterprise and had not returned Enterprise calls for a couple weeks. Enterprise did not make me aware any of this was happening at the time. My personal vehicle was still in repair during this period. I later discovered charges were still attempted after I clearly revoked authorization to use my card on file and I have been charged four times now. I am currently disputing all charges and seeking resolution through corporate channels and consumer protection resources and state attorney general. I have concerns about how communication and billing were handled in this case, particularly the lack of timely notice regarding insurance coverage ending and the resulting charges to my account. I would caution others using insurance rentals to ensure coverage status and return instructions are confirmed directly in writing, as communication issues can create unexpected billing problems. Three managers at this store have lied to me and used deceptive business practices to charge me for theirs and the insurance companies miscommunications. Be aware of these three mangars at this location Austin, Antonio (Tony) R, Merica R. I have all conversations recorded and it is not a good look for the business or them, and they clearly show they decided to ignore revoked permissions to run my card and a comment by "Tony" when I told them they really shouldnt have done that. He said, "We got a legal team for that. Not worried." This is how they bully consumers apparently. I hope this matter can be resolved properly, as my experience has been highly frustrating and unexpected

  Staff is always helpful and went in a pickle. They got me going quickly and painlessly. Definitely the spot I use for all of my local rental needs.

  They have terrible customer service behavior. I had a reservation in Garden City, but they didn’t have any vehicles available and I got moved to Meridian. I called Meridian location before to confirm they had one before I ubered here. I got here, gave my ID, but they want a credit card, to insert. Won’t accept tap to pay, won’t let me tell them the digits despite having a key pad to enter it on. This would have been great information to know when I was on the phone with them earlier. I asked if I can have another person book the reservation and add me as an additional driver, the guy said “well, what? like a boyfriend?” I said no and he said it would be an additional fee and I said that was fine, let me call them and I stepped out. I come back in and they suddenly won’t accept the reservation at all. Three to four people behind the desk, and I assume he was the manager but one of them just said “We aren’t allowed to now.” Like what? why? Waste of money and time and absolutely zero kindness. I sat in the parking lot for an hour carless and no explanations while I watched them order delivery food to eat in the office space. So frustrating.
