  Bought a used RV but I would not buy anything from this dealership,was told that they do a full checkup when they sell their RVs,I had a lot problems with RVs lights, Shower head and hose leaking,the batteries where no good when I bought it.had to replace the 12 volts batteries. The door cabinets are starting to bubble.

  Army of staff with zero interest in acknowledging guests, let alone helping. No eye contact, hello nod or verbal greeting from any of the crew, as I walked the aisles. Two days in a row, employees in uniform, sitting behind a counter told me they were off the clock when I sought out their assistance. Consequently, I purchased the wrong part and upon returning the item the next day, was told that I had an invalid receipt. This was literally the only thing I’ve ever purchased from Camping World. My time was wasted and I was accused of being shady. What a world!

  Went in to purchase a 13B and was helped by Keith. Everything seemed to be great and I was told I was going to get a stabilizer hitch and 2 batteries with my purchase. Came in to do the walk through and sign finance papers. I was there early at about 3:20pm and my appointment was at 4pm. I was shown to the waiting area. I sat there for about an hour when the guys came to get my keys to install the hitch and what I thought was the 2 batteries as well. Keith came to check on me and asked if I did the walk through. I said no and he said he was going to check. Came back about 4:30 and said now he found out they were not including the walk through and I was like ok I guess that’s fine. He tells me the finance guy will come soon. At 5:30pm finance finally came and we signed paperwork. I guess they double booked and only had one guy there to do financing. In the paperwork was the $1235 let’s go camping package which I was told was changed from what you normally get to getting my hitch and batteries. I finished and he sends me on my way as my 4Runner was now all connected and ready to go. I was excited and I got in and drove off. (My bad I did not check anything before I leave) As I’m driving a guy drives up and says cable was hanging so I pull over and find the power cable that attaches to my car was not connected and hanging. (It was too short and unplugged when I would make a turn so no lights or brakes) So I plug it in and see there’s no batteries either. I immediately call Keith and he says let me talk to my manager. He calls back and says they decided I wasn’t getting the batteries and at that point I was so confused because I was told I would get 2 batteries and now they’re saying none. After a few he said he would give me one but I have to bring back the camper the next day. I decided to call the next day and spoke to the manager and he informed me I was not getting them and that I signed as is and there’s nothing stated I was getting batteries. So I guess I was paying $1235 for a $400 stabilizer hitch. I then call my boyfriend and he calls them and goes down there and he had to basically ask for the batteries or a refund because that was not ok. They were going to rip me off and not give me what I asked for. Eventually they agreed and gave the batteries to me but the whole situation was very shady and unprofessional. The manager made it where I will never buy from camping world again. I’m very dissatisfied with how things went. Thankfully I ended up getting what I was told I was getting but the ropes we had to jump through was unprofessional and not ok.

  I am a bit uncertain about the current state of this particular establishment. My parents and I have acquired four rigs from here over time, and we have always appreciated the variety of components available. The staff members were previously quite helpful. Perhaps they are currently experiencing a shortage of personnel. Additionally, the pricing displayed on the floor seems inconsistent. For instance, a part I required was priced at $69 here, yet I was able to locate it elsewhere for $9.
