  Got my online order for pickup here. Guys told me they need to find it, I waited outside the store for over an hour. Then they told me they don't have it and I need to go to another stores to look for it, but still marked my order as ready for pickup, so my card got charged. Called them the next day to ask to cancel the order (so I can get my money back for items they cannot fulfil). They told me it's impossible, and I have to come in person to do that, or I need to call someone else. I've been already talking to 3 different people on the phone at that point. Only when I started being rough on the phone they processed the cancellation. In total: over 2 hours and gas wasted. Not how I'd like to spend my weekend.

  Continually sell you the wrong part perpetually rude, insanely high prices for Chinese trash parts. RockAuto puts them to shame

  Shout out to Blake P. at AutoZone on Main in Meridian. I went in last night to get some new windshield wipers and just as I was starting to look at the book make/model book to find the correct size of wipers, Blake asked me the make and model of the car and quickly looked everything up. He showed me where the wipers were (no hard sell on the more expensive - yay ) and then after I purchased them he asked if he could put them on the car for me. I was going to say no as I have replaced wipers before but I was feeling lazy so I said sure. I'm glad I did, the wipers that were on the car were old and a little stuck, he expertly got them off and I was driving off with the new, and much, needed wipers in no time.

  We had a frustrating experience with our order being messed up twice, but Peter completely turned things around. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and that we were taken care of. His effort, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. Thanks Peter
