  About 3 months ago I got some new to me wheels. One of my valve stems snapped. So I went here and had one replaced and planned to do the other 3 when I got some new tires. Well about 6 weeks ago I had check gas cap light, I replaced it with a new one the light stayed on. So I brought it here and figured I'd replace the TPMS while I was at it because that tpms light was annoying. They told me the gas cap light was still just the gas cap and they cleared it so it was fine. (They charged me $170 to tell me it was just the gas cap) They replaced the one tpms that they had already replaced so I brought it back a week later with both lights still on. After they fix the one that they didn't put a new one in, I had 3 new lights on the dash coming from the wheel that they had just replaced the TPMS. First they ask me if I'm sure they weren't on there before??! Obviously I'd know and he even said the codes were coming from the wheel they just did. They clear the codes and say it's not a problem. Well now these 3 lights keep flashing randomly while I'm driving or coming to a stop never consistently stay on. (ABS, ESP/BAS, & Traction Control Light) About 2 weeks ago after I told them they charged me $170 for this check gas cap problem I need to know what the dang problem is they finally ran the smoke machine through my car and tell me I got a leak from my EVAP canister and purge valve, again they tell me it's not a problem, I can drive it like that for a bit. I ordered the parts a couple days ago and now there's a ton of pressure in my gas tank literally blew the gas cap out when I went to fill up and now my car will only let me pump one gallon of gas in at a time because of the EVAP canister failed. Which I could have had these problems taken care of over 6 weeks ago already if they would have actually done what I paid them to do originally, instead of just being lazy and looking at the dang codes! Which I already told them I obviously checked and replaced the stupid gas cap. I even replaced it again so I have 2 new gas gaps. Still like these guys for tires though but won't trust them with anything else after this.

  I would give these people ten stars if it was a valuable. We told them the kind of tires we needed.What kind of vehicle it was?They suggested what we thought was expensive.Then explain the warranty.Since we've been replacing a tire every year while driving the mountains , this was the better deal. Every employee in there is very friendly, greeted everybody that walked through the door, the time frame they gave us of start time and end time of replacing four tires were spot on. We chose to walk around town during this time. But if you needed to wait , it was a very clean and comfortable reception area, with hot coffee or cold water while you're wait. With a very clean bathroom if needed. We will definitely use these people again.They're true to their word.

  Came in for an alignment. Found out that my Honda CRV in for an alignment. Found out that my Honda CRV needed an aftermarket part to align the back wheels. Didn’t charge me anything day one. When part came in, they did the alignment very professional and would highly recommend.

  Options are limited in a town of McCall’s size, so a business could charge whatever they want. Not Gill’s Point S! I went in because of a flat tire and they wouldn’t take my money to fix it. Even if they did charge me I would leave the same review for their top notch service. They made everything so easy and got me on my way quickly.
