These guys took me out to the shop while they had my car up in the air and showed me what was wrong. The competitor handed me a quote and basically said good luck. And I still get my free oil change next time, from my punch card! The service is 10x better with the change in owners. Speaking of, I used to be mocked or laughed at when I asked (obvious-to-them) questions, and it hasn't happened once since the owner switched. Thank you for not making me feel stupid!
