Had to reschedule a previous appointment, and I think we had some miscommunication on the rescheduled time and I got a little frustrated waiting, but they sensed it and made it happen. Worked out good even though I had to wait a little longer. Knowledgeable staff, and will help to work with you to save a bit of money.

I’m female, in my 60s, and am new in the area but I have been a Point S Customer in another town for years. Raymond and Shane were all locked up and ready to go home, but they could see my tire was almost completely flat. I felt terrible having them stay late and I offered to come back on Monday, but they could see that my tire wouldn’t even last long enough to get me up the hill. I know I really put them out by staying late, but they were insistent on fixing it right then and both men were friendly and smiling the whole time. About 15 years ago, I switched to Pointe S after getting poor and inexperienced tire service from the other big tire company. They haven’t steered me wrong. Thanks guys! I’m glad you took me in, fixed me up and kept me safe.
