  Let down! Got to the store at 8:51pm needing a lug nut socket to finish work on my wife's car. Saw the open sign off and an employee standing outside chatting with someone in their car. Had no choice but to go O'Reillys as they stay open during their posted business hours. Autozone is the closest to my home but since I can trust O'Reillys over Autozone it's worth the little bit of the extra drive for me.

  I recently needed assistance with a battery for my SUV. Turns out, it was my alternator having issues. David provided excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations in searching for other reasons that could have been causing my car issues. I definitely recommend him.

  The people working at this location are super kind and patient, its really noticeable the effort they put in making the experience welcoming. Also, I've notice that they're making their yard pretty! Mattica is doing a great job!

  Had went in to get some new headlights and the entire shelf is covered in grease packets trying to get a upsale. I find it is extremely unprofessional of them and inconvenient to their customers. To be quite frank, i see it as a forceful sales tactic ss you have yo move the packets to even get to the headlights. This is not what I've come to expect out of the kuna autzone and im grestly disappointed to see this from them.
