These guys failed to reinstall my skid plate under the car appropriately which resulted in its ruining. They also failed to reset my oil change odometer that can only be done with their plug-in computer despite me asking specifically for them to do this. I get tired of the up selling on the filters and things as well.

The crew waved welcoming, great service, fast turn around time. Chino went the extra mile to provide assistance and beyond. Checked to make sure I saw the oil full. Royal purple! Great leadership! Friendly bunch.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys! Tristan Hopkins and Sonny were my service technicians and they helped me above and beyond what I expected. I came in for a simple oil change and they alerted me to a vacuum leak issue I had along with a few other maintenance items. They were very easy to work with and I'm so glad I chose Grease Monkey for my oil change service.
