  Tommys is great! Employees are super friendly and very helpful! The car wash does a great job too, vacuums work really well, they supply great quality drying towels for you, I pay a monthly membership so I can wash my truck whenever I want during business hours.

  Went to buy the works. I spent $34.99and in cash. I happened to not have my card on me so I used cash. The next time I went they said that my membership wasn’t valid. I was very upset! They asked me if I had a receipt and By this time I cleaned out my car and must have accidentally thrown it away. They have cameras and I was told that they can’t access them. I’m sure they can. I was also told they would figure it out a week ago and I’m still waiting. Won’t be going back. 😡

  I used to go to Rocket Express for all my washing needs. When I heard about the Jerome Tommy’s location opening up I couldn’t wait to make the switch. Fast forward about a year now and I can honestly say I have zero regrets with the switch. The folks at the Jerome Tommy’s location treat you like family. Esmeralda has the best can do attitude. I honestly thought she was in charge (manager). That’s just how good that crew is. NO LONG LINE EITHER! 👍

  Update: On Our Experience After Talking With Magic Valley General Manager Yoni September 20th Saturday Night At 7:08pm For 16 Minutes, Was Extremely Understanding About Our Experience, Something You Don’t See Anymore, Made A World Of Difference To Actually Talk To Someone Who Cared About What Happened, Is Why I’m Changing Our Rating To A Five Star ⭐️, Cause It Matters, They Followed Up With Us And Plan On Using Our Review As Part Of Their Training, So Something This Easy Of A Miss Understanding About Using The Vacuum Towards End Of Business Doesn’t Become A Problem With A Super Wash Membership Customer Again. Thank You Tommy’s Car Wash & Yoni. Stopped In Last Night (Thursday September 18th) Right Before They Were Closing, We Left Our Property And Had Hay Stuck All Over Vehicle, So Decided To Vacuum Before Leaving A Mess Inside Wash Bay, (Our $26 Dollar Monthly Members Wash 🧼 Done ✔️), Due To The Hay I Mentioned Earlier, As We Were Almost Finished ✔️ One Of The Employees Approached Both My Wife And Myself And Took Ten Minutes To Try And Rely To Us, Unless We Were Members We Couldn’t Be Using The Vacuum Cleaner, Another Employee Turned Off The Machine And Told Us They Were Closed And For Us To LEAVE!!!!! WOW 😮 How Rude Was That!!! So This Is How You Are Treated As A Six Month Member, Trying To Vacuum Before The Hay Flys Out Into The Wash Bay…. After Reading All The Other Reviews Listed Here, It’s Beyond Clear Tommy’s Wash NEEDS BETTER TRAINING PRACTICES FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES, NOT CERTAIN IF WE WILL CONTINUE OUR MEMBERSHIP WITH THE NEW BUBBLE 🫧 BATH CAR WASH OPENING UP DOWN THE ROAD SOON. NO NEED TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WITH ZERO BED SIDE MANNERS!!!!!! I Too Own A Business And Understand What It Takes To Go The Extra Mile, Or Just NOT BE RUDE!!!!!
