  This is the first time I have been to Grease Monkey. I want to say that Fernando provided awesome customer service! He has only been with the company a month and I was impressed with how he interacted with me as well as the passion he had for his job. This is rare in customer service these days. It would be nice if you could acknowledge him for exceeding the standard!

  I was on a long road trip from Washington State to Texas and had the oil changed in my SUV at this location; they forgot to install the rubber sealing ring on the oil filter canister, which caused half my oil to leak out. I realized what had happened when I stopped to refuel in Salt Lake City. I contacted the manager, "Chevy," who was very professional and attentive; he issued a refund two hours after I sent all the evidence of the incident. Thank you very much for the professionalism and for acknowledging the mistake. Shit happens; what matters is how it's handled.

  I was on a mission to fulfill my to do list of diagnostics that I started a few months back here at Grease Monkey in Jerome today. Little did I know the manager, Jesse, would treat me so disrespectfully. He spoke to me like I was an imbecile and even after multiple mentions of my account and car details in their system, to reference what I meant, he continued to treat me like an idiot because I didn't know the exact details of what the service entailed. They weren't able to do the service I needed, and thank goodness the sweet girl up front is the one who called to inform me of their recommendation. When I came back to pick up my van, Ashley at the desk, was very kind and understanding of my frustrations. That was just rude and uncalled for, especially because I'm just trying to do what I need to for my family while my husband works 12 hour days, and can't come in with his big manly genius to speak to you, Jesse. We really don't need to be putting other humans down for such trivial reasons. Thank you Ashley, we will be back :)

  Love this place! They are honest and don't say you need something when you don't. I bring both my cars her for oil checks and free top offs in between maintenance visits. Great service!

  Needed help getting my weather guard back on under the car. They were willing to help no questions. He zip tied it up sense the plastic had been damaged, so it's no longer driving. Very friendly staff was well. Definitely recommend.
