  We had a strange noise after having our oil changed. I talked to Jesse the Manager and he explained the noise was from a loose heat shield. He showed me what had happened, then he personally fixed the problem. Jesse explained that someone at another shop had bent the shield during a previous oil change trying to get to the drain plug. At his shop they don’t remove the oil pan drain plug, all the oil and sludge is sucked out through the oil filler on the top of the engine. I appreciate the time he took to explain and fix the problem. Thank you Jesse, Rick Miller Jerome, Id

  RAM 2500 Hemi: First time customer at Jerome location: All Synthetic Oil Change & replaced cabin & air filter. Very friendly staff & techs, informative, up front on pricing & costs. Started on my truck right away. Clean place, nice comfortable waiting room with coffee & bathroom.

  This place was amazing! I am on a long road summer trip and left from Phoenix, AZ. Prior to this trip I had my oil change at a local shop. Well this morning I woke up and was getting ready to leave, I saw an oil leak under my car 🤬! I called the shop in Phoenix and the manger told me to find anyplace that can look at it right away and they would pay for it. This grease monkey location was right next door to where I had stayed the night at. I drove up to there door explaining what was going on. They pulled out right in and took a look. The manger had it in the garage not even 30 seconds and pulled me over to show me that the oil pan drain plug was already showing 2 threads. Basically the shop that did the work in Phoenix only hand tightened it and it had vibrated loose and started leaking oil. Had i kept driving, good chance it would have come completely loose and I would have lost all the oil!!! This shop fixed the problem, topped off my oil and coolant and then sent me on my way without charging me! That's customer service and going above and beyond for helping a customer they would never see again. Thank you!
