You couldn’t ask for a worse experience with there receptionist you can’t even get through to a real person and the ai will not help you, when you finally get a hold of someone they suddenly go mute for 10 minutes in the middle of a conversation. They will quote you an amount than email you owe double for no reason and hope you don’t notice . The techs were nice and fast. Do not do business here

I brought my car here for an insurance windshield replacement, but they refused to complete the safety recalibrations.They likely parked too close to the shop door, which triggered a driver assistance proximity warning. The staff completely misunderstood this notification, claimed it was an "error code," and used it as an excuse to skip the calibration. When I tried to explain how the vehicle's tech actually works, they refused to listen. Their lack of technical knowledge is concerning, and their dismissive customer service is unacceptable.After leaving, we contacted A-1 Windshield in Rexburg to see if they could finish the job instead. They were incredibly helpful, eager to assist, and knew exactly how to handle the situation. Take your business to A-1 instead of wasting time here.
- NNNot NeededJun 4, 20261.0After replacing my windshield, the company said they could not calibrate the camera system because of a 'problem' with my 2 1/2 yr old car. Oddly, less than two weeks later, a friend at an independent shop had a customer come in with a car 1 year old than mine (same model) with Safelite saying the same thing about their car ! Go to the 4.9 rated, different company up N. Woodruff on a western side street.

Having my windshield replaced at my place of work was very convenient for me. The fact the technician could calibrate my windshield even in the glaring Sun was a very nice surprise. I figured I'd need to go to their shop to get it calibrated
