  Safelite found a windshield when others could not. They came to my house and actually waited a few minutes for my son to bring the car home. There was no hassle and the tech was really awesome and did great work.

  My service technician was prompt and arrived when he said he would be there. Very personable and did excellent work on my vehicle. Left the car clean after the install. Price was good for the service. I highly recommend!

  Safelite AutoGlass on East 17th Street in Idaho Falls, ID, provided excellent service from the day I reported the break in my windshield (the nice woman at the desk was so helpful), to the day I took my car in for the new windshield installation. I couldn't be happier with my new windshield or with the service. They were awesome!!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Safelite in Idaho Falls, and I especially want to recognize the lovely woman at the front desk. Her name is Jill. She was incredibly bubbly, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She genuinely took the time to have a conversation with me, get to know me, and make me feel comfortable while we were there. She even went above and beyond by offering both my son and me a donut, which was such a small but thoughtful gesture that really stood out to me. It made what could have easily been a stressful experience feel much more pleasant. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the people they interact with, and she absolutely made that impression. Her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made our visit so much better. Safelite is lucky to have someone like her representing their company. She deserves to be recognized for the way she treats customers! She is truly amazing.

  This was a very frustrating experience with Safelite in Idaho Falls. I had to drive from Rexburg to their a total of three time which is an hour both ways. This was because they could not figure out the correct window for my vehicle. It is a common Toyota vehicle too. It also took an hour and a half each time into the appointment to come tell me that the ordered window did not work. I don’t know what they were doing in the meantime but it was very frustrating. For compensation they offered me windshield wipers but they said they would have to order them and I could pick them up tomorrow. That was very frustrating since that would have totaled my driving time to safelite at 4 hours. I don’t think they are experienced enough and would recommend someplace else.
