  I had to rent a car after an airline maintenance issue had me driving from Idaho Falls to Salt Lake City. The process was quick easy and affordable, I booked online while at the gate and went downstairs soon after to the Emerald Counter. I arrived and the agent, quickly informed me due to the short notice the car was not yet ready, but it was prioritized and ready in about 15 minutes. They even pulled it up front for me and brought me the keys where I was waiting. I have Emerald Elite status, and received an upgrade to a Hybrid, since I asked for "anything fuel efficient" at the counter. I had booked a standard size vehicle, and the upgrade to the hybrid Elantra was welcome. Overall, the experience was great. I can compare this directly against Hertz who I had returned a car to the same day, I can say without hesitation the difference was night and day. The service from National was just exemplary and has changed my mind about who I will make my primary rental company going forward. Without a doubt, it will be National.

  Heather was SO helpful! Needed a last minute rental and she was able to find us the perfect car all while being very kind.

  We had major mechanical issues But The Idaho Falls staff stuck with us and got us a new vehicle by tow truck. We appreciate them helping us in a difficult unpredictable situation.

  I just appreciate the Emerald Aisle. The Idaho Falls airport doesn't have one, but they were so friendly and helpful and it was a great experience renting and returning the car with them and everything. The vehicle was also excellent! I enjoyed the metallic blue color quite a bit too. Thank you!
