  I purchased a used trailer from this dealership after being assured that everything was in good working order. They even provided an extensive checklist of items they claimed were inspected before putting the trailer up for sale, which gave me confidence in my purchase. Unfortunately, after bringing the trailer home, I discovered thousands of dollars’ worth of repairs that were needed. Many of these issues should have been identified during even a basic inspection. When I contacted the dealership about one of the smaller problems—the landing gear—they were willing to send a technician to my home, but only if I paid for the replacement parts. Based on their technician’s recommendation, I purchased the part they said was needed. Unfortunately, replacing it did not fix the problem, so I ended up wasting both my time and money while the underlying issue remained unresolved. I understand that used trailers can require maintenance, but I expected the condition of the trailer to match what was represented to me. My experience left me feeling misled by the dealership’s inspection claims. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a used trailer from them have it thoroughly inspected by an independent RV technician before signing the paperwork. It could save you thousands of dollars.

  As a fulltime RV’er, I had an issue with a torn cover on my super slide and the 7pin connector that powered my Jeep. I made an appointment for 8AM. When I drove into the lot, Landon came right up to me, welcomed me and showed me where to go. Matt, in the meantime, readied himself to make the repairs in a very quick turnaround. By noon, I was on my way and happy. If you need work done to your RV or travel trailer, Idaho Toy Haulers should be your choice for fast reliable service.

  I definitely would give them a try! Honest and treated you like you were a human being. There was no “ let me fill out this paperwork or talk to my manager crap when all I wanted was to see a camper. They went above and beyond to try to make things right! Fun people and would tell you the truth straight forward. Very appreciative of that. Never once tried to bullshit you or deceive. Highly recommend!

  Our experience at Rowley's couldn’t of gone any better!! We recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Great product designed by the manufacturers in specific models. They we’re easy to communicate with & we ordered our Genesis Fifth wheel easy and arrived on time as they stated. We have had a few minor issues with repairs such as any purchase would be anticipated. Dave solved the problems and had no hesitation to get us taken care of. Thanks to technician’s & Dave we are now enjoying our Rv. We recommend this dealership to everyone. Our first trip out we couldn’t believe how well they are built. Call them up & they will be happy to help you out! Easy to talk with & willing to set aside time just for your visit. 👍🏼🥇 The dealer to go through is in Ammon Idaho!

  Top notch staff and tech’s. My brother in law took his trailer in for service and they went over every inch of it to find the issue that other places would just shrug their shoulders and send him on his way. Love this place
