  Our family takes both of our vehicles to this Grease Monkey anytime we need service or have questions. We always like the staff and service. Today we were welcomed right away, by a funny, nice gentleman. We felt like he was giving all the right details and asked some great questions before the service, mentioned things to consider and to talk about with the service team. Kylee, Kelly, and Tristen completed the service. Quick, pleasant, and knoweldgeable. My kids love it for the cookies! Thank you Grease Monkey team.

  Far exceeded expectations! I’m very particular about who I trust with my vehicles, Kylee and the crew at the Channing Way Grease Monkey earned that trust. They were thorough, straightforward, and actually paid attention to the vehicle instead of just rushing it through the bay. Just as importantly, they treated me like a person. Everyone was genuinely friendly, respectful, and happy to answer questions without the usual shop runaround. They were also great with my dog, which is a huge plus in my book. Fred inspected the operation and apparently found it acceptable. I maintain several vehicles, and after this experience I’ll be bringing the entire fleet here for service going forward. Good people, good work, no nonsense. Highly recommend. Fred approved.

  Stopped by for an oil change after work, and this Grease Monkey team was awesome! Kylie at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Tristan even stayed late to help get the service done quicker. 5 star service, I definitely recommend them.

  Went to get an oil changed, was waiting in line for a while, then they allowed me to get in quicker to work on my car. They didn’t have all the parts for my car so they had to order them in, was waiting in my car for over 2 hours. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me some soda to drink, they also gave me a 50 percent discount on my bill which I was very happy and grateful for. The employees were friendly and professional. Knew what they were doing. If you want to get quick service I recommend going in early in the morning. Definitely will come back!
