  This location uses bait & switch tactics. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and when they brought out my cabin air and intake filters, the cabin air filter was filthy. I asked Nate how much it was to swap it out and he said $25.00 - a bit much, but for the convenience, sure. When he rings up my total, he scrolls so fast through the itemized list, I was unable to see the charge for each. Thankfully, I know how to do math and the total was more than expected. He charged $40 for the air filter. When I asked why it was $40 when he told me $25, he mumbled tarrifs and taxes. No, that is not how that works. He offered me a $10 discount like he was doing me a favor. Absolutely incredulous.

  Just Came in today to get an oil change closer to the end of the day, Alex was amazing and got everything done for us even tho it was the end of the day for him and was super nice and helpful for us truly appreciate him!

  I’ve always had positive thoughts experiences an other Grease Monkey locations, however last Saturday was not the case. I requested conventional oil (one of the reasons I choose grease monkey over other automotive shops since many don’t offer conventional anymore.) When I looked at my receipt later I saw high mileage synthetic listed, with an additional charge. They would’ve charged me over 100 for an oil change which is ridiculous to begin with. Thankfully I had a coupon, which brought it down to 70. Fast forward to today, I was changing out my engine air filter and noticed they had not secured it back in place at all when they checked it at the shop. the screws were completely undone. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to steer clear.
