- WWWayitup5 days ago1.0I shutdown at this location for a 34hrs reset and everything was lovely from all the pilot employees to the subway staff, until it was time for my depart this morning 10/10/26 at 04:50 I decided to have a sandwich on my long drive so stopped in at subway, everything started off fine until I noticed the staff member grab her hair with both hands and push it away from her face, I politely ask if she could wash her hands before continuing making my sandwich, she smirked with a passive aggressive attitude and replied “ I should ask you to wash your hands” unknowingly I’ve already took care of that, but the problem is she’s responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary environment as a subway professional. The attitude continued throughout the making of my sandwich, which I graciously ignored, at check out I noticed she didn’t put any napkins in my bag so I politely ask for napkins which she rudely replied “they’re somewhere out there” and walk away, again I ignored the rude comment and decided to defuse the hostility, all of this could’ve been avoided if she only had her hair pinned back so it wouldn’t be falling over her face and wash your hands immediately after touching any of your body parts before continuing. Im pretty sure subway have stands of which employees should follow. In conclusion health and safety is super important when dealing with food and I hope management quickly steps in to correct this issue before someone seriously get sick.

- JFJeff FSep 27, 20265.0Excellent place to do a 34. Friendly staff, a Subway. Clean. There is one weird little thing that I didn't like, it may seem like a minor thing but it's important to us. The men's room has 4 stalls, the only one with a hook on the door is the handicapped stall. I carry a backpack with my toothbrush, razor, thermos etc. If I'm doing a #2 in any of the other 3 stalls I have to put my backpack on the floor. If you're reading this and this is your location, please give us back our door hooks, we don't like putting our things on the bathroom floor. Thanks, Jeffrey
