  I rented a car in Blue Springs, Missouri. I reserved the car a week before my trip . Went to pick up a car and they didn’t have the mid-size and offered a Pacifica van. Should have taken it! The person next to me renting didn’t have a credit card so they asked if I’d like hers instead. Ford Escale is a horrible car to drive across the country!!! We looked at it and it was super small so I said I wasn’t sure. He told me if during my trip I didn’t like the car I could switch out at any location. LIES LIES LIES!!! I have been calling since I stopped in Cheyenne Wyoming trying to exchange the car and keep getting the same girl telling me at every call I Make to try the airport location. In every state I have driven through along my trip. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. DOESN’T EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP ME! Going back the HERTZ next trip!

  They are awesome if you are renting in your state.but if you're from out of town,you need credit card s. Doesn't matter how much money you have,no credit no rental 😔

  We arrived near closing time and Aron took care of the car for us even though we arrived near closing time, the service was amazing. I will definitely come back here the next time I need to rent a car.

  This dealership was very committed to making sure we had a good experience. They called us to make sure there were no problems with the rental. Price was reasonable. I’d go with them again.

  hit an animal while driving through Wyoming and ended up needing a replacement vehicle through my insurance. The Enterprise location I was sent to gave me a car that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I raised the issue immediately and asked for a different vehicle, I was told there were no other options available. Rather than trying to help find a solution, the staff seemed indifferent to the situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was the feeling that customers paying out of pocket were treated as a higher priority than those renting through insurance claims. Because my rental was being handled through insurance, I felt like I was viewed as an inconvenience rather than a customer. There was little effort to accommodate my concerns or find an acceptable replacement. I contacted other Enterprise locations in the area, but none had vehicles available, leaving me stuck with a car that was unpleasant to drive for an extended period of time. After already dealing with the stress and inconvenience of hitting an animal and managing vehicle repairs, the rental process added another layer of frustration. Overall, the entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and disappointing. I expected at least a basic level of customer service and assistance in finding a clean, suitable vehicle, but instead I felt ignored and left to deal with the problem on my own.
