Reserved a Minivan on April 27, 2026. Got a call from a local Enterprise employee a couple of days ago confirming the rental and reminding me to bring proof of insurance. Got a reminder text of my rental today, May 14, 2026. Went to Enterprise to pickup our rental, and we were told they don't have a Minivan. They also didn't have any reasonable substitute. They never called me and they've had this reservation for 2 and a half weeks. This location is terrible. Buyer beware.

I had one of the worst rental experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I would strongly caution anyone thinking about using this location.
I reserved a specific type of vehicle, and instead was given a Ford Bronco something I explicitly did NOT want. I was told it was an “upgrade” because it was all they had available. It was NOT an upgrade for me. It cost me significantly more in gas easily triple what I would have spent with the vehicle I actually requested.
Then comes the worst part.
At pickup, the employee clearly acknowledged there was already damage a hole/crack in the windshield. He even said, “I don’t want you getting screwed over, I’m taking extra pictures so you’re covered.” I also took my own photos in the parking lot to protect myself.
I returned the car with ZERO issues. No one said anything. No concerns were raised zero communication.
Then I find out they submitted a claim to my insurance anyway for damage that was already there and documented at pickup.
Now I’ve received a bill in the mail for $420 my portion for damage I did NOT cause.
This is completely unacceptable.
You cannot acknowledge pre-existing damage, document it, reassure the customer, and then turn around and charge them for it anyway.
Now I’m stuck dealing with insurance over something that should have never been filed in the first place.
This feels dishonest, careless, and completely unprofessional.
There will be an update to this review depending on how this situation is handled. If this is resolved properly, I will reflect that. If not, people deserve to know exactly how this location operates.
Update ****After posting my original review, we went back to the location in person to resolve this directly.
We asked to speak with the manager. When he came out, he immediately said he didn’t have time to deal with it. He would not let us explain what happened and made it clear he was too busy to help us. He kept moving around the office and never actually engaged with us.
He told us that he couldn’t do anything and that we had to take it up with Enterprise’s Damage Recovery Unit that it was out of his hands once the claim was submitted. The way it was handled made it very clear that he was not going to intervene, assist, or guide us in any way. It was essentially, “it’s been passed on, it’s not my problem, you deal with them,” even though the issue originated at this location.
We pushed back and explained that this was not our problem this was an error on their side. We were told at pickup that the damage wouldn’t be an issue, and now we are being told we have to handle the dispute ourselves and fix something they caused.
Only after my husband was persistent and clearly upset and made it clear that this was their responsibility not ours did the manager finally respond. At that point, he basically just said “fine,” asked for the paperwork we brought, and said he would make copies of it. That was the extent of his involvement. He did not review it with us, did not try to resolve anything in the moment, and showed no urgency or concern.
He then walked away and left the situation to the employee who helped us at pickup. That employee was apologetic and professional, but this should never have been pushed onto them while the manager avoided handling it.
At this point, it’s clear this location is more focused on moving on from problems than taking responsibility for them. Being told to fix a problem they caused, while the manager refuses to engage and treats it as “not his problem,” is completely unacceptable.
