  Was having challenges with my AquaHot heater a month into 3 month trip. I found Eagle Rock while coming up on Idaho Falls. Drae was able to help me navigate challenges with aqua hot. He got my parts in, got me fixed up and back on the road. They were super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

  Incompetent, dishonest, unreliable, rude, lazy. These guys put the wrong tires on my rv (very expensive mistake), drilled through my frame to get the wrong air shocks to fit, didn’t properly fuse a dc-dc charger and a 3000 watt inverter. Left exposed wires in water heater and lost the cover. After they took thousands from me they decided they’re “firing me as a customer”. Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs.

  A couple weeks ago I took my motorhome to Eagle Rock to have an inspection done, here is my review. The Good: I was worried about the reverse lights not working and turns out it was just a fuse! Glad that was an easy fix. When I got home I was missing my electrical adapter, I called them to see if they had it and they said I could just come grab one. 👍 The Bad: When I called to ask about the inspection I was told it would cost $300 for the inspection and that it would cover the vehicle and camper portion, but when I arrived it turned out it was $300 for the vehicle (engine, chassis, suspension etc.) and $300 for the camper portion (AC, Fridge etc.) I had them do the vehicle inspection and a couple things on the camper portion. When I was told I was good to go I went out and noticed the electrical was still connected and I so I had to go back in and get them to unplug it. The Ugly: After paying the $300 I was hoping that meant my motorhome would be good to go. However I kept noticing that the ride was really rough and so I took a look at the leaf springs and noticed the bump stops were touching the chassis and they were saging. This was never mentioned to me, even though it should have been part of the inspection and the paperwork they gave me said it was good. After calling to explain the situation they just said they could inspect it for free and then quote me on the cost of the repair. Overall, not super satisfied and I probably won’t be returning. Paying $300 for an inspection and then having a big piece of that missed is frustrating, that is a lot of money for the inspection not be done right, who knows what else they missed.
