  Wonderful service! The fuel pump went out on our class C motorhome and we were towed to their shop in the evening. By mid afternoon they had confirmed the problem, replaced the fuel pump and we were back on the road. Superb service in a speedy manner!

  I would check in with these boys before you go anywhere else in the area. I had somewhat of an emergency and my entrance door on my RV was stuck! I bought another lock and handle from another large RV outfit and they couldn't look at my door for another week. I called Eagle Rock and I was told to, "just come on by." They changed my lock and did another large awning project and that wasn't even scheduled out! Talk about same day service! I like honesty and real when I deal with a service business. Honest ✅ Real ✅ I would use them again without hesitation 🇺🇸

  We were traveling from California to Idaho Falls and called and talked to Brandon. We told him our engine issues with our Pleasure Way sprinter and he told us to come in the next morning for them to take a look at it! We were amazed! We took it in the next morning and they did a diagnostic check on the engine. While we were waiting, the owner came into the waiting room and we had a great conversation with him. We HIGHLY recommend this company if you are having any automotive or RV issues. They are all so nice and professional and they will treat you right!!

  As we were traveling north on the 15, we had a blow out and needed the brake brake wires reconnected. How wonderful after 2 days of traveling, to be greeted with a friendly voice who could fix our problem with no waiting at all. A/C in comfortable and clean waiting room while the work was done. Very expert service!

  10 out of 10!! THANK YOU Thank you to everyone at Eagle Rock RV for getting us in and fixing a slide cable on our Keystone Fuzion in less than 2 hours!! On a road trip out west from North Carolina. We had a short drive from Mackay, ID to West Yellowstone, passing through Idaho Falls. We called ahead and no one was available to help in West Yellowstone. We called Eagle Rock thinking we could just buy the cable to have to try and get it fixed going further. Not only did they have the cable in stock, Dre said their Slide Tech could get us in and take care of it. Pricing was good and the service was top notch. Added Bonus they have a shop DOG, as dog people, I love that!
